COMPLIANCE I DUE DILIGENCE

Our experience in working with many companies shows that the elements of business intelligence and the ability to acquire information are necessary in the implementation of tasks in the area of compliance and Due Diligence.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE LEGAL NORMS ARE A GUARANTEE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE COMPANY

The task of the compliance area in the enterprise is to ensure compliance with the legal norms as well as with the adopted internal regulations of conduct in order to prevent financial and image losses. The task of Due Diligence is pre-transactional detailed and multidimensional analysis of the current situation of the company, which will determine the risk of the transaction. Both of these areas are to ensure internal and external economic security of the organization.

The main assumptions are:

  • examination of the reliability of information regarding the actual economic condition of the entity;

  • gathering information and verifying its credibility in matters arising of civil law and  employment relationship;

  • collecting information on civil, criminal and fiscal proceedings, etc. proceedings in taxes offenses;

  • verification of the implementation of procedures in the area of sales and purchases, examination of revealed irregularities (business investigations within the organization);

  • analysis of information based on financial data: balance sheet, profit and loss account, statement of cash flows, additional information, analysis of changes in funds;
